Energy and Electrical Testing Certificates 

The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for your apartment provides information about the energy efficiency of your home. The Energy Efficiency Rating and Environmental Impact Ratings for your new apartment are shown on this certificate. The Energy Efficiency rating gives a measure of the overall energy efficiency of your apartment, based on energy consumption for space and water heating. The rating has been calculated in accordance with Building Regulations using the Government’s Standard Assessment Procedure for Energy Rating of Dwellings (SAP). 

The higher the rating, the more energy efficient your apartment is. 

The Environmental Impact Rating is a measure of how much CO2 your apartment is expected to generate annually through the energy used to heat and light the property. The higher the rating, the less impact your apartment has on the environment through carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. These ratings are given on a scale of 1 to 100. The certificate displays the current efficiency rating alongside the potential rating on a scale of A – G. A copy of your Domestic Electrical Installation Certificate as been given to CERT. 

Ventilation Commissioning Certificate 
A copy of your apartment ventilation commissioning certificate as been given to CERT

Your new apartment is covered by our Premier Guarantee 10-year structural insurance and a 2-year defects insurance. Details of your ‘Premier Guarantee – Certificate of Insurance’ has been given to CERT.
