I have a power cut
In the first instance, check your consumer unit in your utility cupboard. If any fuses have tripped try and reset them. If no fuses have tripped, you should dial 105 in the first instance.
I need a repair in my apartment
Leaseholders are responsible for arranging their own repairs. Tenants should request any repairs via their landlord or letting agent
I have a leak
Isolate your water using the stop cock in your utility cupboard and arrange a repair. If its coming from another apartment, contact them in the first instance and ask them to turn off their water and arrange a repair.
I’d like to report an issue within the building

I’ve lost a parcel
Please contact the delivery company in the first instance to obtain proof of delivery.
Building management will only investigate lost or missing parcels 24 hours after it has been reported delivered.
I have an issue with other residents
Building management can not intervene in resident disputes. You should try and resolve disputes with other residents informally in the first instance.
Anti social behavior or noise complaints can be reported to Stockport Council
There is an emergency
Any emergency where there is an immediate threat to life and/or property should be reported to the emergency services by dialing 999
