Your Hot Water Cylinder
Your hot water is provided by an unvented hot water cylinder. In your hallway, next to your entry phone, is a hatch which gives access to the control panel on your unvented hot water cylinder:

WARNING: RISK OF BURNS. THE SURFACE OF THE UNIT AND PIPEWORK CONNECTED TO IT GET HOT AND CAN BURN IF TOUCHED. NEVER LET CHILDREN NEAR THE UNIT.
WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS ARE MOUNTED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE UNIT. NEVER OPEN THE UNIT AND ALWAYS HAVE IT SERVICED EVERY YEAR BY A COMPETENT QUALIFIED ENGINEER.
TIP: The unit has been set-up and commissioned by an engineer and will operate automatically and should not be changed; however, there are some functions that you can select and change the settings, for example, if you go on holiday, you can select the Holiday function and change the settings to reduce the water temperature while you’re away – saving energy and money.
To access the control panel menu functions and change settings, use the push / turn control dial located to the right of the display:
NOTE: The background light will automatically illuminate when the push / turn control is pressed and will stay on for 10 minutes.
