TIP: Take care when use a plastic washing up bowl as bits of grit or glass can become embedded in the base of the bowl which will scratch the sink. Try using a non-marking sink grid (also called a sink rack or sink grate).
TIP: Don’t leave cleaning agents containing bleach in contact with your sink as this will cause discolouration or pitting of the stainless steel. If you need to use bleach, you must mix it with water as explained on the bottle and never leave it in contact with the surface of your sink for longer than 30 minutes. Rinse the sink thoroughly with clean water after using bleach.
