Royal Mail Postal Deliveries
Royal Mail deliver mail to the site daily. They will deposit letters in your apartment mail box in reception. Please note that the management team do not have access to mailboxes or hold spare keys.
Signed for / Special Delivery Letters
The management team will not generally sign for letters. If you are expecting a signed for letter you should arrange for someone to be at home and Royal Mail will contact your apartment using the buzzer at the front door.
Parcels
Parcels are delivered throughout the day by various courier companies. Smaller parcels can be left at reception until they can be collected however the management team take no responsibility for items delivered in this manner.
Residents should ensure that any parcels are removed the same day as delivery.
Parcel Locker
Residents can use the Parcel Locker located on the outside of the building next to the main entrance which is Operated by Quadient. This parcel locker currently accepts deliveries from;
– Royal Mail
– UPS
– DPD
– Evri
In order to utilise the parcel locker, you must select “Deliver to Parcel Locker” when selecting the delivery address at any participating online retailer.
The parcel locker also operates a return facility, which can be booked online via participating retailers.
Parcel Returns
Parcels which are awaiting return or collect can not be left in reception and the management team will not assist with parcel returns. Please ensure someone is at home on the date / time of the return to hand it to the courier. The parcel locker also operates a return facility, which can be booked online via participating retailers.
Oversize / Furniture Deliveries
Oversized or furniture deliveries will not be accepted at reception where residents are not at home to receive them, and residents must ensure they are at home and available to accept these items. Under no circumstances is it permitted to store oversized or furniture deliveries in any common area or reception at any time.
