Overview
Security at Meadow Mill is the responsibility of the Managing Agent as well as all residents, leaseholders and visitors.
This guide will set out the resident responsibilities for ensuring the security of the building and the measures that are in place.
Residents Responsibilities
Residents are required to;
– Never share the personal access code or fob to anyone outside their household. This includes delivery drivers, handymen, other residents or members of the public. CERT reserve the right to cancel and reissue a new personal access code and / or fob to any or all residents without notice should the security of the building be compromised in any way.
– Never prop open or leave open any external access door or security door for any reason at any time.
– Ensure that any external access door or security door is securely closed behind you when entering or exiting the building.
– Ensure that any visitors to your apartment are accompanied at all times in the communal areas, corridors and reception.
– Report to property management immediately any suspicious behaviour
